Joshua Sason is a Principal of Sason and leads the firm’s strategic vision, business development, capital relationships, and growth across its investment and operating platforms.

Over the course of his career, Josh has been involved in more than $2 billion of transactions spanning public markets, private investments, and real estate. Prior to Sason, he founded Magna at age 22 and grew it into a globally recognized boutique investment manager with more than 75 employees at its peak.

Josh brings an ownership mindset, entrepreneurial leadership, and a high standard of execution to every Sason platform.

He graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University and writes and speaks internationally on success, consciousness, and spiritual growth.

PRINCIPAL

Ari Sason is a Principal of Sason and oversees operations, portfolio management, lender relationships, and execution across the firm’s businesses and investments.

He has led hundreds of complex transactions across public markets, private investments, and real estate totaling more than $350 million in value. Prior to Sason, Ari was a Managing Director and Partner at Magna, where he focused on credit investments before helping launch the firm’s real estate strategy.

Ari is known for disciplined execution, transaction expertise, and operational oversight.

He attended University at Buffalo and enjoys travel, padel, and time with his family.

DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS

Yosi Sason leads field execution for Sason Builders, overseeing on-site construction activities, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project delivery.

With more than 40 years of hands-on experience, Yosi has completed hundreds of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use asset classes, ranging from luxury renovations to complex repositionings and ground-up development.

He is known for practical judgment, craftsmanship, and calm leadership in the field.

Outside of work, Yosi enjoys the beach and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

VP OF CONSTRUCTION MGMT

Jared Darvin oversees construction management for Sason Builders, with responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, procurement, reporting, and overall project coordination.

Since joining Sason, Jared has helped manage millions of square feet of projects across multiple asset classes throughout the United States, supporting both portfolio initiatives and third-party assignments.

He is known for disciplined execution, organization, and a solutions-oriented approach to complex projects.

Jared attended Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business and enjoys fitness, travel, and staying active.
